Ça me fait penser au livre "Linchpin: Are You Indispensable? How to Drive Your Career and Create a Remarkable Future" (peut-être parce que je l'ai lu week-end). Seth Godin a grosso modo la même pensée pour le monde de l'entreprise. Il nous encourage à chercher ce que l'on souhaite vraiment et à ne pas se contenter de suivre des chemins tout tracés pour y arriver.
